Tesco Indonesia is now looking an experienced ASSET COORDINATOR – ASIA PACIFIC REGION, at our workshop in Jakarta, to take care of the day to day routine management and coordination of the movement and tracking of Asset Equipment.

ASSET COORDINATOR – ASIA PACIFIC REGION
The job description will include:
- Accurate and timely procurement, tracking and receipt of all regional Asset Equipment
- Maintain complete and accurate certification and QHSE documentation for all Asset Equipment
- Accurate and timely preparation of shipping documentation, Asset Transfer Documentation including obtaining current Net Book Value from Finance department
- Accurate and timely data entry and system maintenance of Rental Tool Management System
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of asset and inventory management, warehousing, logistics and computerized tracking systems.
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity and understanding of certification/accreditation documentation.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and preparation.
- Sound knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspection practices - preferably in an Oil Services Workshop environment.
- Ability to maintain records.
- Possess passport and forklift license.
